Got it sorted...you guys we're correct, -75 for trim low/ stick low. Failsafe set to -125 and the ECU is giving the correct command! Thanks!

Thanks guys...the manual says to use -125 specifically for the failsafe, which will command a 2 sec idle and then shutdown if the signal is not regained. I'll assign this in the CB200 device explorer...
