I bet the hole is slightly too small for the bearings or they got a batch of bearings that are a fraction too large. i wouldn't trust it. especially on such expensive model.

I am sure yo know it already. I would lay it over the frame. then mark large and cut, then you can trim little bit at a time when you try to fit it on the inside. that way, there is no chance to mess...

That is odd Ravill. Is the paint going on wet enough? maybe spray it in a cooler temp so it can lay and adhere before drying. I have had this happen because the paint was getting dry almost before...
