With an extra power lead to the R3 there should be no issue. The extra ports are there so why not use them?

My throttle kill and trim are set up on all of my jets on a locking switch and I guess it is somewhat annoying that the trim screen pops up when the switch is moved or even when the radio is turned...

Craig,
As you see there are a few ways to do it. I just use a mix switch (gear) and expo. Then assign the "rudder" trim to nose wheel.

I would definitely want throttle trim on a glow engine if I flew them, which I don't. I'll keep it for a gasser too along with the kill switch. But for a turbine there is no need at all.

It's not problematic, just unnecessary. You only need hi and low with nothing in between. My trim was set to 100% step with one click on and one click off so I finally just moved it to a two position...

If you set it for loss of ANY antenna that is just how it works. Don't know if it will ever change with a future update. It is like an all or nothing alarm but you still have control.

The standard terminal will work. The data analyzer is just a small version of it.

You should be able to add the throttle to the mix and keep a constant speed automatically... I think :cool:
