I think 4mm should work, as the fuel line to the JetCentral Rhino is 4mm and max fuel flow is 700ml/min (although I doubt I will ever use full throttle)

I use DSM-10 or DSM-ESC switches in all my planes now; no issues at all.
If you are using a CB200 (same size as your R18 case) then you don't need a DSM at all.
I use CB200s in turbines and CB100...
