ForcesR, super job on covering the Mustang, it looks great. Is that a movable Canopy? Your estimated Weight on the finished Bird sounds like you put it on a great Diet, I have no way yet to estimate...

According to the shipping Box from Robart ( Tower) it is labeled 622-5 and I measure from on top of the rotating unit ...

I don't think it matters at all, 7 degree is not much, may loose just a little torque.

check out rcscalebuilders.com, ( Top Flite- P-51 Forum), there is a Guy in England who is doing great work on a TF P-51 also has a functional Radiator Shutter.
As for the functional Fuel Filler Cap...

I plan to incorporate a functional Radiator Scoop ( open and close), not for Engine cooling, also functional Fuel Filler Cap on Top of the wings as in the Full Size P-51.
