People still want to build the TF one, so making a short kit is the goal. The plans are needed in order to get dimensions correct. Anyone can get a short kit of the Ziroli P-51, but not the TF one.

I had taken my .60 plans to a print shop, they are not cheap for over 36" wide print! :) I think it cost me over $100 for two copies of them. They didn't save to PDF either.
