I will probably continue to stick with RCU as I have found the other group to be a little too commercial and cliqueish for my taste.

Weather has me slowed to a crawl here in Florida. The garage is not heated and we are in for another freezing night so any glassing is out until around Wednesday.

Am I the only one whose kit is plain 3 ply white plywood? I keep stumbling over notes in the instructions about the mahoghany this and the manoghany that. What mahoghany?

I am going to run dual motors and independent controllers so the boat can be maneuvered much as the real boat would in docking. By the time this was built the old floor clutches and throttle levers...

Good grief Charlie Brown.! Just went to the Astroflight site to check specs on the cobalt 25 marine and they are now asking $385 each for those motors! Glad I bought when the price was $125.
