Joe1199, beautiful install and nice color swap! In the marked picture below, can you please tell me what size fuel tubing is being used from tank to UAT (see arrow) and also where you get the angled grommet/strain relief marked. Thanks and good luck with it!

i am always on the look out for parts to make neater installs! These are actually bicycle frame grommets and fit the Powerbox wire perfectly,
If you search ‘Shimano Di2 grommet’ you should find them

the fuel tube is 6mm Festo, I am using the CMjets tank and this is the same as the outlet

your consideration should work fine.
Have you worked out your cg yet? I noticed your rx batteries behind the nose gear well. I can tell you that mine were on the nosegear plate, and a 3s 5200 li-ion stuffed all the way in the tip of the nose and it was too neutral, almost tailheavy for me. Do whatever you can to get the cg at about the former behind the wing tube, or the back edge of the tube. I went from dual 2600 li-ions on the nosegear plate to two 5200 li-ions mounted in the nose with the turbine battery, and an inch or so of fuel, to get the cg at said former.
I used to fly 3d, and any further back was more 'touchy' than any of my 3d planes.

Sorry guys, I’ve been away for work but my builder managed to finish my Rebel Pro yesterday and we maiden it to...
well what can I say that hasn’t been said already, the build was very easy, it only took us 5 evenings, so around 18 hrs total... we didn’t encounter any trouble in the process, the is plenty of room to install everything you need!!
mks 599 servos in all surfaces and 577 on steering , jeti dsm10 and REX12Assits wich works awesome, holly smoke fuel pump and a powerfull and Light K180 G4... plenty and I really mean plenty of power for the Pro.
Cg is around 10 mm behind the tube with full 100cc Uat.
definitely a plane to have 💪🏻💪🏻🤟🤟💪🏻💪🏻

Congrats on the maiden! Any idea of the all up weight, less fuel? And is cg 10mm behind tube with full uat only? If so that's probably perfect.
On power, glad you're more than satisfied! Me? I'm reasonably satisfied with my sw220 at just under 37lbs dry. Maybe it's because my field is at 2700 feet, but it's by far the most under powered jet I own.

Are you happy with the CG at 10mm behind the tube?

That is where mine is looking like it will be with a full 250ml UAT, total weight is 16.3kg so hoping it goes well with the Jets Munt 210

thxs, yes the cg is just perfect there, my uat is just 100ml, hopefully I can weight it next week, been away for work so I haven’t have the chance to fly it si ce maiden...
on my Eurosport with 210 I also use a 100 ml Uat and on my new Mephisto with 320 i’ll use a 6oz Map uat...

For those that own a pro, do you feel the mks hbl 550 x5 digital brushless servos would be sufficient all the way around on the jet?

I think it’s like 499 oz torque at 7.4 v

I builded one that has flow all last summer with 777A nice quiet servo, if you intend to do a lot of slow flight with flaps full down, I would suggest a pair of brushless servo with even more torque....for the flaps, but the 777a work nicely.

The 550 is a surface servo that can be a little notchy feeling. The XJ line is a better option or the 777 as mentioned is a lot better than a 550. Call Thomas at MKS and he can explain better than me.

If the Flap linkage is set correct the servo load at full flap is almost zero.

MKS HV9930 or HBL599 for the surfaces. The HBL550 will be fine to use on flaps and nose wheel steering if you want to save a few $. I actually prefer the HV1220 on the nose wheel.

Anyone familiar with AR servos? I like that these are brushless and soft start. They also boast 555 oz torque at 7.4v Price is good at $119

‘For sure I have the 599 in my Havoc SS and a 550 on steering, but some guy’s don’t have the same budget......or want to spend that money they have

I went 9930 on my T1, going to install them this week. They are $140 each.... which is why I said go with them or the 777 to save a little more, but not 550

I’m putting a T-33 together soon with the 550 and they will be fine.....the 777 are actually very noisy servo...the 777A quiet one, I got the 960 on ail/elev with the 777 on flap and rudder for my T-1......sometimes the choice of servo’s is what I already have in my drawer
